Cutting oils

esgeCut series

These non water-soluble coolants are used to optimise chip removal processes. They are used when focus is on lubrication. Cutting oils have special additives that facilitate adhering to surfaces or reaching a high pressure stability. Low-viscosity cutting oils are usually used for honing and grinding, medium-viscosity oils for drilling, turning and milling and oils with higher viscosities for difficult machining processes, such as broaching. The base oils of the esgemo product range were particularly chosen with regard to low emissions. On the one hand, this avoids health hazards to users, on the other hand, a higher cost-effectiveness is achieved by lower evaporation.
Different viscosities of our cutting oils adapt perfectly to individual demands – from non-ferrous metals to stainless steel. For each application, a technically efficient top performance can be achieved. Furthermore, our products are physiologically neutral, chlorine-free, low-emission and odourless.

esgeCut FBB 2200

esgeCut FBB 2200 is a multi-purpose oil based on high-quality, low-aromatics base oils. It can be used both as cutting oil and, in a rationalising way, for lubrication of machines and hydraulic systems. It contains substances that improve durability and corrosion protection. Additional EP agents increase mechanical resistance and improve cutting performance during chip removal processes.
esgeCut FBB 2200 produces low emissions and avoids contamination due to oil mist at the workplace. It is also free from chlorine and heavy metal. Preferred applications for this cutting oil are automatic lathes and multi-spindle lathes.
esgeCut FBB 2200 guarantees excellent surface qualities, adherence to tolerances due to low tool-wear as well as long tool lives. Long-term use of the oil filling is possible because no additives are discharged.
esgeCut FBB 2200 is suitable for non-ferrous metals and machining steel.
